Door Supervision
We are an SIA approved contractor in Door Supervision, all our door supervisors are vetted to BS7858, insured and trained in the skills necessary to enable them to perform to a high standard at your venue.
In addition to qualifications, all door supervisors have experience within the following areas:

Facilitate the smooth running and operation of your venue

To control the ingress and egress of your venue and all exits

To maintain the venues search policy professionally and politely

To ensure all customers have a positive and enjoyable experience at your venue within a safe and secure environment

Observing the behaviour of customers in your venue and maintaining the venues code of practice and conduct by dealing appropriately and safely with customers causing offence and potential danger to themselves or others

To ensure that licensing laws are adhered to, to prevent any criminal offences occurring within your venue
We offer a 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year service to fulfill all our clients’ needs.
We offer a first class customer care policy where we have trained managers to visit your venues on a regular basis to interact with your management team for the smooth running or any concerns that your management may come across.
